Refund Policy

Yearly plans: Can be cancelled if the customer reaches out to us within 48 hours of the purchase, and no plan pages have been viewed or exploited. 

Monthly plans: Can be cancelled if the customer reaches out to us within 24 hours of the purchase.

Season Plans: Cannot be cancelled until after the plan expires and is up for renewal, due to the threat of proprietary information being exploited.  

Free Trial Plans are able to cancelled at any time. 

6 Month Profit Guarantee

Through 6 months on any of our monthly plans, we guarantee that you will return a  profit. If you don't we will refund the total cost of your plans in full. For tracking profit, we are counting all the plays that we have posted, and not just the plays that the customer has played, or if the customer has made any of his own plays.

If you purchase a subscription to markedsports.com or any products on the site, you will additionally need to provide us with your credit card and shipping information, or you have the right to send us a check.

We design our apparel to help you perform and look at your peak level, so if they're not working exactly right for you, we've got you covered. We provide you 4 days to take your STRT purchases for a trial run, confidently knowing you can return any item for any valid within those 4 days. Even after 4 days, you can still return items if they’re unworn and unwashed.

-The customer needs to pay all shipping fees during the return process.

-Product must be returned in package received, and in new condition to be returned. 

-After an item has been returned, the full value of the payment will be refunded back onto the payment method used in the order. ​

-If the item arrives and doesn't match the product image, you are entitled to a return

-If the item arrives and does not fit, you may be entitled to a return depending on who the error falls on (If you ordered a size that arrives correctly but you didn't mean to order)

Cancellation Policy

If you would like to cancel an order that you had recently made, you must contact us within 24 hours of the order. In cases of early cancellations, 10% of the total order is taken as a fee.

Shipping Times

Shipping times are estimates of the arrival of packages, but please note that times may vary depending on the item ordered. Handling time is usually 1-5 business days. 

 

Standard Shipping Time ETA: 5-15 business days for orders placed by 5pm EST, plus handling time

Accelerated Shipping Time ETA: 4-13 business days for orders placed by 5pm EST, plus handling time
